Private Label Nasal Strip Packaging & OEM RFQ Checklist

Prepare a private label nasal strip quotation with one packing brief: product reference, strips per box, artwork and quantities per variant. Use the box and carton planner below or download the RFQ worksheet.

MOQ depends on the product characteristics and is confirmed in the quotation. A sample fee is required upfront and will be refunded after an order is placed. Price, packaging and production schedule are confirmed in the quotation.

What should a nasal strip packaging RFQ include?

Identify the strip reference and dimensions, individual wrapping, strips per box, boxes per carton and quantity per design. Request a quotation on a named unit basis and approve the strip and packaging together.

Nasal strip quotation units
UnitExample relationshipConfirm in quotation
Individual strip60,000 stripsQuantity per size, color and construction
Retail box30 strips × 2,000 boxes = 60,000 stripsPrinted box and individual wrapping costs
Shipping cartonBoxes per carton must be agreedCarton dimensions, weight and shipping terms

Before choosing a pack, compare the non-woven, PE and PET construction checklist.

A nasal strip order needs two connected specifications: the strip itself and the pack that reaches the customer. Decide the material, dimensions and spring strength alongside the number of sealed strips per retail box. This makes quotations easier to compare and reduces packaging changes after sampling.

Specify the quantity per size, color, strength and artwork version; the minimum order and the effect of each variation are confirmed in the quotation.

Match a nasal strip reference to your packaging brief

Start with a catalog reference so the strip construction and pack format are discussed together. The examples below identify products to review; final dimensions, construction and packaging are confirmed with the quotation and sample.

NASAL-01: non-woven nasal stripsUse this non-woven reference when preparing the strip specification. Confirm the dimensions, spring construction and printed surfaces before choosing the wrapper and retail box.
NASAL-02: non-woven nasal strip customizationCompare the requested outline, color and packaging with this catalog reference. Record the selected specification in the sample brief rather than assuming that different references are identical.
NASAL-04: transparent nasal stripsFor a clear-format project, review the material appearance and printing against this reference. Confirm the selected film construction, strip dimensions and wrapper before artwork approval.
NASAL-15: PET nasal strips in a 30-piece boxThis reference provides a 30-piece retail-box starting point. State the total number of individual strips and the number of finished boxes separately; confirm any different pack count in the quotation.

1. Define the strip before choosing the box

Our listed substrate options include non-woven fabric, PE film and PET film, with regular and extra-strength versions. State which construction you want quoted instead of requesting only “breathing strips.” Include the size, color or printed design and a reference sample if you are matching an existing range.

Specify dimensions in millimeters and identify the quantity for each size. If the spring construction is still undecided, request a comparison sample and record the selected version before approving artwork. A printed “extra strength” label should correspond to the agreed product specification.

Keep the strip specification separate from the packaging specification in your inquiry. That way, a change to the retail pack count can be quoted without leaving the underlying material or dimensions ambiguous.

2. Translate individual pieces into retail packs

Listed packaging options include individually sealed strips, 10-, 30- or 50-piece retail boxes and bulk bags. Always identify whether the quoted unit means one strip, one retail box or one shipping carton.

For an order of 60,000 individual strips, the following arithmetic illustrates the pack count:

  • 10 strips per box: 6,000 retail boxes.
  • 30 strips per box: 2,000 retail boxes.
  • 50 strips per box: 1,200 retail boxes.

These calculations are planning examples, not an offer to split one MOQ across unlimited designs. Confirm the minimum quantity per variant and any packaging requirements in the quotation. Ask separately for the number of retail boxes per shipping carton and the final carton dimensions and weight.

The planner does not round up your order, calculate production yield or estimate carton dimensions, weight, price or freight. List any remainder in the inquiry and confirm how it should be packed.

Discuss these nasal strip packing quantities with your product reference, size, artwork version and destination country.

3. Prepare artwork for every packaging layer

Tell us which surfaces need custom printing: the strip, individual wrapper, retail box or shipping carton. Include the logo, colors, barcode, pack count and instruction language for each version. Mark artwork that is still a draft so it is not confused with an approved production file.

  • Request the packaging dimensions or dieline before finalizing your layout.
  • Check that the stated size, strength and pieces per box match the selected product.
  • Identify where batch, date or other required information should appear.
  • Submit the intended instructions and label text with the artwork for review.

Ask which product documents apply to the exact strip being quoted. Keep proposed product claims tied to the documentation and review required for your market; a packaging design alone does not establish product performance.

4. Approve the strip and the retail pack together

Compare the sample dimensions, material appearance, spring construction, printing and liner removal with your written specification. Review the individual wrapping, box contents, artwork version and pack fit at the same time. Agree on any additional evaluation needed for your intended product.

Record requested changes in one revised specification. Before confirming the bulk order, check that the quotation uses the same quantities, unit basis and packaging version as the approved sample. Confirm sample costs, production timing and shipping terms rather than assuming they are included in a unit price.

Compare nasal strip packaging quotations on the same basis

A lower price per strip and a lower price per retail box are different comparisons. Ask suppliers to separate these four parts of the quotation.

Product and order unit
Record the catalog reference, dimensions and construction. State total individual strips, strips per box and the quantity for each design.
Printed packaging
List the individual wrapper, retail box, barcode, instruction language and artwork version. Ask whether printing or setup costs are included or quoted separately.
Sampling and approval
Confirm the sample fee, which product and packaging samples it covers, and how the fee refund is applied when an order is placed. Record the approved specification before production.
Production and delivery
Confirm MOQ for the selected specification, the production schedule, destination and shipping terms. Ask for the final carton dimensions and weight before arranging freight.

Review the factory supplier-assessment certificate and product-document checklist when preparing your buying brief.
